State of Maryland

The partnership was first formed to respond to this business opportunity to supply the State of Maryland with their request for designated N95 surgical masks as prescribed by the State legislature to support the needs of the State’s healthcare infrastructure.

Duquette Consulting (DC) formed a multi-team partnership to fulfill the Maryland request, with finance provided by Crowley and supported by their distribution partners. Duquette Consulting coordinated the initiative, including being the initiator and host of the overall negotiations between the State of Maryland and the DC partners.

Because of the extreme urgency brought about COVID-19, the partnerships formed an alliance that was able to execute a proposal, negotiate T&Cs and gained agreement on pricing and with the delivery of 5M certified NIOSH N95 surgical masks.
